I have only had a cleaning and exam so far, but I am favorably impressed with Dr. Bautista's chair-side manners and kindness. She does her own cleaning too, so there is no hygienist. The costs are reasonable and the front desk staff is very efficient. All insurance matters are handled by the office. I haven't had any procedures yet so I can't comment on treatment success, but I anticipate good results. My only thoughts for improvements would be an update to the facilities which while adequate, aren't as inviting as they could be.
