I can't say enough about Dr. Allain and his staff. I laughed when I told my friends what a great experience I had had almost as good as the Ritz Carlton. At 45 years old I had adult orthodontics done and I am so happy that I did! I had small worn down teeth because of a bad bite and Dr. Allain changed my bite and lengthened my teeth without veneers. I LOVE my new look! I feel so much younger now. I highly recommend him.

Above the rest! Totally worth the cost! And Dr. Allain will work with you to set up a plan of 'attack' for treatment to work within your budget! Wish I was still in MI to receive dental care from him and his team!!!! EXCELLENT!

Had my adult orthodontics/braces done here. Dr Allain is an aesthetic and technical genius. He took teeth I had written off and in 18 mos I have a perfect smile, all natural with no veneers. If you are an adult who thinks its too late for braces, you owe it to yourself to consult with him.

I've been going to Dr. Allain for about 5 years now. I've had adult ortho, 2 crowns and a few replacement fillings done and never had any problems! Dr. Allain and his staff always ensure you're comfortable before any procedure and it's gotten to the point where you feel like youre visitng old friends or family at each visit!
Cost is relative to your individual point of view of course. I rated it cheap simply because I feel I get what I paid for - and then some!
I live in Romulus, work in Livonia and still feel th etrip to Milford to see Dr. Allain is well worth it.
I've seen only 2 other dentists regularly in my life and plan to stick with Dr. Allain for a good long time yet!

Highly educated, conscientious dentist. In my intial orientation with Dr. Allain, he allowed me to express what it was that I was looking for in a dentist. He was empathetic and fully explained my options and total cost associated with the procedures. He has a very clean office and equipment. The hygienists are social and very nice. Dr. Allain takes an interest in his staff and seems to contiuously evaluate them. I am currently receiving orthodontic treatment from Dr. Allain and his cost is competitive in the industry. Overall, very happy with service. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Allain for a cleaning and a consultation.

Every time I have been there, even just for my 6 month cleanings, everyone that works there remembered my name.
Dr. Allain warms up the novocain before he injects you with it and he also uses a local anesthetic on the area to be injected so you don't even feel it.
The hygenists are friendly and gentle.
They have financing options.
I can't say enough about him and his staff and his state of the art facility!
