Dr. Jean Feldman and staff were extremely courteous. I was needing an exhaustive assessment for cancer therapy, and her staff worked me in without complaint. Dr. Jean was familiar with this assessment and also recommended a treatment course that was in my best interest. She recommended health conscious flouride treatment/rinses.
She LISTENED to me and was attentive. I have a fear of dentists, but I'm looking forward to building a strong doctor/patient relationship throughout my life from this point forward.

This was the worst experience in my life. I went to her for a simple filling, and she ended up doing a root canal. She did not even take her fist out of my mouth and she started the root canal. She not only started the root canal without my consent, she used an experimental filling on me. Afterwards she sent me home with no pain medication, I had severe pain through the night. I called back several times to tell her that the tooth is infected. She did not think so. I finally had to threaten to go to the emergency room if she did not do something. At that point someone in her office finally prescribed some antibiotics for me and the swelling went down. I have had a second root canal done on that tooth by some other specialist, but they could not completely fix it. 3 years later I am scheduled for a third root canal on that same tooth, but I am sure eventually it will have to be pulled. - A horrible experience
