I was asked to sign a consent form to allow Dr. Taddey to do my 3 white fillings, when I was done I was asked to pay for 7 fillings. I was told that he had found 4 small cavities and that since I was numb he went ahead and filled them. I was not told about these cavities and would have liked to have known about them before he spent my money. His shots HURT and he did not wait for me to be completely numb. Besides the fact it is a dark office, (only window is when you first enter) dirty looking, with old equipment, and the receptionist being rude when asking for my money, I will not return or recommend this place to anyone!!

One of the worst dentists I have ever been to! Did over $3,000.00 worth of work in my mouth 3 years ago and now all of it needs to be replaced. Got his $$$ from insurance and now won't help me with cost at all. Office staff is really really bad. Billed insurance sor procedures not done not just on me but every member of my family!

The office is dark with few or no windows. The equipment looked old and outdated. The cleaning was extremely painful compared with all other cleanings I have had.

Dr. Taddey recommended that my family member and I have extensive dental treatment. The hygenist did not complete the cleaning and told me to return, not even brushing the teeth. Needless to say we had a second opinion on all his findings and discovered that his evaluation had not been correct. A very disappointing and expensive experience.

John Taddey told me I needed 4 crowns ASAP. I doubted this because I had just moved from another state where my dentist never mentioned I needed crowns. I got a second opinion, and my current dentist (Dr. Pegel in Sorrento Valley) said I needed only 1 crown, and it didn't even need to be done ASAP, but could wait.
