I was asked to sign a consent form to allow Dr. Taddey to do my 3 white fillings, when I was done I was asked to pay for 7 fillings. I was told that he had found 4 small cavities and that since I was numb he went ahead and filled them. I was not told about these cavities and would have liked to have known about them before he spent my money. His shots HURT and he did not wait for me to be completely numb. Besides the fact it is a dark office, (only window is when you first enter) dirty looking, with old equipment, and the receptionist being rude when asking for my money, I will not return or recommend this place to anyone!!
