I will NEVER recommend this dentist to anyone. He is so RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL , MONEY HUNGRY. My son went in for a braces follow up appointment and a staff member warned us that Kevin Vu was having a bad day and was in a bad mood. When my son sat down to explain his wire popped out He immediately started to yell at my son, after they asked him to stop yelling he saw that disrespectful and kicked them out and threatened to call the police on them. My husband went to talk to him and he started to raise his voice and would not allow my husband to talk and then yelled at him in front of other patients waiting to be seen. He threw himself in front of my husband and repeatedly kept asking him to hit him.....what is wrong with this so call licensed professional? My husband walked away. I called up to the office asked his receptionist if my kids were in fact being rude she said no. So I asked her what do I do to have him seen since the dentist said he was terminating him. She went and asked the dentist her gets on the phone tells me my family is disrespectful and rude and that the only way he will take care of my son is if he does what he says under his care and that the first thing he will need to do is go apologize to him. He said is he going to do it yes or no. I told him I was going to talk to him he starts yelling that this is the only way I will see him SO YES OR NO, YES OR NO and I told him i needed to make some calls and he said NO HE IS TERMINATED AND HUNG UP ON ME!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS PLACE!!!!! He pulls teeth on the spot to charge medicaid, He is not even supposed to be pulling teeth because he is not the one licensed to do it it's another dentist at one of his other offices.
