1st appt had to leave after waiting 2.5hrs. I r/s for 2 wks later assured I would be first appt due to wait time, I wasn't, I checked in 15 mins early and waited another 30. I have history of anxiety and DDS knows I premed before appt; its useless if not seen. Don't feel my time is valued at all. Confusion when ck in stated my visit would cost $180 then said it was $80 and when discussed she stated $38. Luckily I am educated on insurance info. Very disorganized and unprofessional experience. I even gave another shot assuming first time was just a bad day. Its a shame, Aryan seemed very nice and was thorough w/ procedures, I don't know what kind of density skills as we never managed to get there. Value your patients and their time. 2 days off and still not treated.

About Front Desk: Mariah was nice, but should be sure to review quotes of what will be owed carefully before discussing with a patient (in the open) 180; 80; $38. myself and others that overhear will lose faith you are charging appropriately.

My Experience: Exam & Consultation, X-Rays

Duration: 2.5 hours had to r/s waited another 30mins after check in and left

Went here to have a tooth (original) put back in on dentures. Dr. recommended new pair. Received new pair in Aug 2013 & was unable to wear until Jan. 2014. Fit still not great and now,as of Oct. 2014, 3 teeth have come out of new dentures. My first pair lasted 23 years before a tooth came out. Went back every 2 weeks between Aug & Jan. for adjustments. Finally sent me to lab, & lab fixed most of the issues that Dr said I didn't know what I was talking about & I would get use to pain that I've never experienced with dentures. NOW I have no insurance and Dr. wants to charge $100 to replace tooth (original) on dentures that are have only been worn for 10 months. I would not recommend his services if dentures are your end game. They were happy to get my money, but not good on follow through or follow up.
