Although I haven't been to the dentist in years. I was very surprised when I walked in the door. The staff there are very welcoming and made me feel like I had known them for years! the environment was very relaxing and what impressed me was the coffee bar they had in the waiting area. My initial consultation I was nervous to see what work needed to be done. Dr. Rafiei & his staff took their time and making me feel relaxed. there were even TVs with Netflix in the exam rooms while I waited for Dr. Rafiei. When Dr Rafiei examined me he was very thorough and took the time to get some history about my previous dental work. took pictures of my problem areas and then walked me through step by step what his recommendations. Printed out an estimation based on my dental coverage on how much my dental work would cost me out of pocket. He did give me many financial options if money was an issue.
I took all of Dr. Rafiei recommendations and began doing so much needed dental work and each experience was the same outstanding service as my first one. Going to the Dentist now couldn't be more fun thanks to Dr. Rafiei and his staff!!
