Great dentist! Does good work and the staff is amazing. They always remember your name and what you talked about previously; it seems like they really care. I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Hayashi.

Dr. Garret Hayashi is my baseball coach. He knows what kind of problems you have and knows EXACTLY what you need for it. After practice he always looks at my teeth and keeps them healthy. Last month he told me that I had an overbite and that i needed a headgear. He was exactly right and my teeth are now in much straiter. It was painless and relaxing, he is very experienced and does it very quickly. His results are best. his cost is a little expensive, but its totally worth it. he's a great dentist...and coach. I'm lucky I'm one of his players, i get discounts. -the only girl on the team-(>0<)

I have been a patient of Dr. Hayashi for about 2 years and have been very happy with his services and all of his staff. They are very efficient and knowledgable.

Dr Hayashi's office is okay. The atmosphere is very inviting and comfortable. The procedures were not painful and were very quick. As for billing, it is expensive but then again with all the work that needs to be done i can understand it but when I wanted to make an appt for extractions they didnt want to make the appt because i had a balance. i just dont understand that part sure i know i have a balance but common im gonna pay for it. its not like i was gonna run and never pay again. dude i was returning client. one thing i know if they had made that appt for me then i may have paid my whole balance when i went in for that appt but now i have just been paying little at a time oh wellz its all good.

Went in to replace chipped bridge. Charged for entire procedure upfront. Had gum surgery first, then temporary. At next visit I mentioned gums bleeding, but only told to rinse with salt water. One month later, pus in wound - a dispute on whose fault that was. Treatment plan estimate much lower than actual cost.
I believe they meant to do a wonderful job but did not follow up after wound became infected, just sending me home for it to heal. I feel it became much worse because they were not available for 10 days after periodontist said temporary would need to be removed. They say they called as soon as they found out.
Six months after first visit I have only a partial temporary and a visible gap when I smile. More gum surgery likely. They said they want to make it right, but I lost confidence in their ability to communicate with me, and asked for return of money to complete the work elsewhere. In retrospect I should have taken a firmer stand and insisted on better follow up care for healing instead of passively accepting whitener - expensive and not on treatment plan.
Had my gums healed properly I would probably be very satisfied but I don't feel they were vigilant enough; admittedly neither was I.
