I was in a lot of pain and Dr.Sakamaki relieved it. I had a root canal done and it was pleasant, not sore like the stories. The crown he put on was so realistic. All done with a computer. Realy advanced treatment!!.. I would recogmend him to my family.

I scheduled an appt for 3:30pm and they reconfirmed appt time for 9:40am, an earlier time which I cannot make. This happened 3x! Spcefically requised appt time after 2:00pm, because of work schedule. Very poor customer service by reception personnel. I have paid all bills in full. In less than one year root canel failed. No recorder message service! cannot leave message 24 hour prior.

very expensive, dirty facility, customer service is poor, I was stressed out because he slipped with the needle!!! I still need four root canals done and one retreated. I'm scared and scarred!!!
