They gave a temporary cap for an eventual crown. The assistant had a lot of trouble executing the procedure and they had to redo the temp crown 3 times without any explanation to me about why they were continuing the process. She also told the Doctor she had removed a string they had placed in my gum, which came out painfully three days later. In addition the temporary cap broke off entirely after three days as well. I was following directions and did not cause it myself. When i got back to work on Monday, I called the office first thing pleading for someone to call me back to schedule an appt to fix my situation. No one called me back and no answered the office phone throughout the day. Not to mention this place is very expensive. I am a loyal customer and have gone for many years but this is the last straw. Find and alternative.

For the most part, I visit Dr. Bley's office twice a year for cleanings/checkups, although on one occasion he did a filling for me. Staff is GREAT, caring and friendly. They call you a few days before your appointment to check in and their manner is like catching up with an old friend. I've always had my questions answered kindly and thoroughly, and there's always a willingness to discuss what's going on, whether with a procedure or with insurance/payment. There was no pain with the drilling/filling. A bit of pain with my last cleaning, but that may come with the territory. Sometimes I wonder if Dr. Bley may be a bit too eager to drill. I have no doubt that this comes from his eagerness to nip a potential problem in the bud rather than let it possibly grow into something dangerous. Still, I suspect that some other dentists (like one I had living in another state) might hesitate to drill before being SURE that there is a problem because they believe that drilling inherently weakens the structure of the tooth and should be a last resort.

I was rather apprehensive going to dr Bley after moving here from Philly, I loved and trusted my dentist there. He recommended Dr Bley and a great recommendation it was. I've had extensive work done and couldn't be happier. The office staff is the best, most helpful I've ever dealt with in any venue; they are so pleasant and entertaining that I loved the place before I even met my hygienist or Dr Bley. Kathy my hygienist took her time explaining the treatment necessary to get me "back on track" and was soooo motivating I now floss twice a day. It's great to have a smile I'm confident with Thanks Dr. Bley.

I've been seeing Dr. Bley ever since a friend recommended him 6 years ago. He has a great personality, painless touch (including an emergency root canal) and the staff at the practice is wonderful. I've recommended him to several friends and family members and everyone has had the same great experience I've had.

Avoid this clinic. After a routine replacement of an old filling on a lower molar, the molar directly above it started aching. He and his specialist both told me this upper molar needed to be replaced with an implant. I took my boss' advice and drove all the way to Connecticut for a second opinion from his dentist, Dr. Feldberg, who came in on his day off, to see me as a favor to his old buddy, my boss. Turns out, I didn't need all this work -- it was simply that Dr.Bley left the new filling on my lower molar "high", resulting in the irritation of nerves of the upper molar. Dr. Feldberg fixed it by simply re-adjusting my bite. It took 2 minutes and the pain immediately disappeared. He also looked at the x-ray, did a couple of other checks and said there was no obvious crack and no reason to replace this tooth with an implant. Dr. Feldberg has no ulterior motive for this dramatically different diagnosis: he's semi-retired, didn't charge me for anything and isn't looking for new patients....he was simply horrified by Dr. Bley.....and that Dr.Bley wanted $2500 just to extract that molar!!!!!!! Before going in for extensive, expensive oral surgery, get at least 1 other opinion.

Dr. Bley is a wonderful, caring doctor with a talent for making you feel at ease. His dental staff is friendly and shares the same values when it comes to making you comfortable. His office staff is always polite and willing to help out no matter what your situation is. I couldn't be more pleased with this dental office as well as my dental experiences. The reading material in the waiting room is current with a wide variety of choices.

I met Dr. Bley whe he took over the practice of the legendary Dr. Robert Levine. He has lived up to my expectations in every way, He is technically extremely proficient. His costs are very reasonable. He has an excellant chair side manner. He explains to you what he's doing at every step. His staff handles billing and insurance matters efficiently' and always greets you warmly.

About Hygienist: Hygenists always seem to rotate. All are gentle, thorogh and compeent.
