Dr. Gary Alexander in Angleton, Texas has performed several root canals, cavities, etc. on my teeth within the last 1 1/2 years for me and I find him an excellent dentist. He tries his best to keep you out of as much pain as he can. He has fixed several "screw up's" of other dentists' that I have seen in the larger cities. He takes his time and truly tries to fix the issues the 1st time unless he has no choice. He's very gentle speaking and his office staff is positiviely wonderful! He's great at explaining what has to be done and why along with showing images of any issues if possible during his explanation.
Costs are reasonable in comparison to any/all dental procedure costs. He's definitely not as expensive as others in the area, but, of course, it's never "cheap" to have ANY dental work done. It's not his or his office staffs' fault that dental insurance isn't that great, however, they work with you as much as possible with financing. Dr. Alexander is also excellent at referring a patient to oral surgeons.
