This is a large office with several dentists. I and my family were assigned Dr. Spano as our dentist. She is usually quite competent, however, her chair-side manners are somewhat lacking in that - in no way is she rude - she does not talk much at all. Usually I have to know what questions to ask to get what I feel is enough info. Her staff is nice and competent and happy to take time to answer questions. Not really ever any problem with pain.
