I was seen by Dr Melanie Bibb for a dental crown about a year a go. I am pleased with my experience there and I have always been pleased with her as my dentist. I was worried about the tooth looking fake. However, she did a custom color and it actually looks better than my real teeth. I had no pain just a little sensitivity. I have recommended this office to two of my co workers.

I had an HMO plan and was forced to chose a different dentist. I assigned my entire family to this dentist so I went there frequently. The service was fast but every time I went the staff was different. They did not have a permanent dental hygienist so each time we went we received different information about dental hygiene. The last straw was when I was called to reschedule an appointment for a day they were closed. I found this out when I got there. I was more upset at the fact that no one called me to apologize or reset my appointment. When I spoke with Dr. Bibb she did not like the fact that I shared my concerns for her high turn over rate and poor service. She cancelled my appointments and had me removed from her plan without notice. There's just no way to keep a good continuum of services when you don't have permanent staff! That says a lot about the office, the doctor, and services. Worst dental experience! I could go on about the errors at this office.

I'm a longtime client. I have had cleanings, restorations, and Lumineers, all done by Dr. Bibb. All experiences excellent.
