He is unprofessional and very rude. I had been going to him from the time I was 10 years old until I was 18 and had to go through extensive treatment. My teeth still do not look the best, however, I understood they would not due to the amount of surgeries and procedures that I would go through. The last visit I went to, after paying $5,000 + I explained to him that my retainer cracked only after 2 months. I told him in a very calm way that I did not feel that I should have to pay since it got damaged in less than 2 months. He ended up flipping out on me in front of his customers and started yelling at me about how I should not expect to get a car fixed for free after crashing it. The point was, I did not purposely destroy my retainer... I honestly just asked if he could replace it.
About Front Desk: The front desk was always polite but they are unintelligent people that are hired there and do not always know what you are talking about. This got frustrating after a while.

I had fantastic results in less than two years treatment time.
Dr. Scavo used clear braces that were very comfortable and barely visable. His office is always on time and I never had to wait for my appointment. I have sent friends and family to Dr. Scavo's office and everyone I send thanks me. I am very happy.

Very professional, He and his staff are always on time in their schedule. I never had to wait more than ten minutes for my appointment. They are also very flexible on theire payment plans (no interest). He did a great job on my smile and I have recommended many friends and family to his office for orthodontic treatment. They were all as happy as I was.
