He is unprofessional and very rude. I had been going to him from the time I was 10 years old until I was 18 and had to go through extensive treatment. My teeth still do not look the best, however, I understood they would not due to the amount of surgeries and procedures that I would go through. The last visit I went to, after paying $5,000 + I explained to him that my retainer cracked only after 2 months. I told him in a very calm way that I did not feel that I should have to pay since it got damaged in less than 2 months. He ended up flipping out on me in front of his customers and started yelling at me about how I should not expect to get a car fixed for free after crashing it. The point was, I did not purposely destroy my retainer... I honestly just asked if he could replace it.
About Front Desk: The front desk was always polite but they are unintelligent people that are hired there and do not always know what you are talking about. This got frustrating after a while.
