Dr Clements has provided me the full range of dental care from cleaning to fillings to extractions to cosmetic dentistry. I have found his technical skill to be excellent and his patient relationship superb. Anyone who needs a dentist should go to Dr. Clements. I highly recommend him.

I drive from Austin to San Antonio to see this dentist because I trust his work and value his opinions. I had some work done by a dentist in Austin and had to have Dr. Clements fix the fillings done by the other dentist.

About Front Desk: The staff is pleasant and helpful.

I would not recommend dentist Clements, can't find it in myself to call him Dr. Clements. I am in my late 40's so I have had experiences with other dentists. Not recommended whatsoever.

In my opinion, Dr. Clements and his staff are extremely unprofessional and practice unethically. They don't just make recommendations, but rather do work on you without disclosing costs, then charge you for services even though you have insurance. They make sure to do services they know insurance doesn't cover and don't tell you until after they've done it. He also forces you to buy products from HIS office, like a $130 SonicCare & don't allow you--the patient--to refuse/buy yourself. We were told that if we bought on the outside, bring in to prove we bought, they would credit account, but when we took it in to show them, they then wanted to see my daughter use it or give him the upc label to my box before they would provide a refund on HIS. We felt "bullied" and they were basically unwilling to refund anything. Not to mention, our insurance said we should've only paid a 20% copay + $5 = $38 vs the $165 they charged on our 1st visit and even though they called my insurance to confirm this, the office refused to refund their overcharge because they don't have an updated document from the insurance company verifying what had just been verbally confirmed with them. Will never go back and don't recommend him to others

The office is very nice and up to date. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Clements shots do not hurt and I have not had any problem with any of his services. This is a great place to go for Dentistry. They are always on time. Its amazing.

About Front Desk: Kelly is the best at what she does. Very friendly and helpful with insurances etc.

Dr. Clements is very professional, helpful. He explains everything very good, his work is excellent. Side manners – excellent. Office staff very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend him.

We have dental insurance and his office consistently overcharged the contracted amount and refused us detailed receipts. Other than that great dental care.
