I wanted to see Dr Hoover, but, I was put with Dr. Nguyen. I didnt want to have 3 procedures done in one visit, and was told it wasnt going to happen, then he said it had to be done in one visit. It was horrible.

About Front Desk: I asked for Dr Hoover and was put with Dr. Nguyen. I believe I was overcharged by at least $500. I spent $6000.00 in two weeks and Im still having a problem with the bite on the new crowns.

Just found an amazing dentist office in Austin. Staff is friendly and seem knowledgeable. I went in today and then fit me in today. Love how they did it today. It's really hard for me to get off work, so I was surprised that the doctor fit me in today!

I have always been terrified of the dentist bc of my inability to get numb normally. Upon a reccommendation of a friend, I talked to Dr. Hoover and she took her time with both explanation and procedures with me. It worked well the first time so I decided to go back again and it worked again. I now have a new regular dentist that I'm not afaid to go to and that will take time to work with me and I am super excited. I had a crown done this time and actually didn't feel a thing!! I can't believe it !

About Front Desk: All of the staff, from front desk to the hygentists, were quite friendly and took excellent care of me. The office is clean and comfortable and I will definitely tell my other friends that are looking for great dental care.

Awesome, awesome dentist and staff!! I have all of my family seeing Dr. Hoover now. It's the only dentist I've ever been to that didn't hurt ... that's a really big deal to me!

What a wonderful new dentist to the Austin Area. I had a very enjoyable visit to the dentist for the first time in my life. One of my friends recommeded her to me and I'm so glad I wasn't a chicken and went. Very gentle and easy to talk to!
