Dr Forrest has a large, beautiful office. He was nice and personable the few times I actually saw him. After the initial consult and banding, he is MIA. The assistants are the only ones you see, and they had some turnover when I was there so that was an issue. I had to re-explain my child's problem when I returned for a follow-up after brackets fell off. I had to make a special request to finally get the staff to ask Dr Forrest for assistance. Overall, I was not satisfied and ended up seeing another orthodontist after the braces came off and my child's teeth were still not straight. Simple fix, new orthodontist actually spent time evaluating my child's teeth, he ordered a new retainer and made adjustments HIMSELF (not dental assistants). I would NOT recommend Dr. Forrest.
