Dr. Berklacy is an outstanding dentist who treats patients with kindness and respect. His staff is friendly and competent . his office is the best Dr.s office I have ever been in. Larry Littlefield

He is the most rude dentist I have ever been to.I would not recommend him to anybody.

i have had many root canals and the one dr. berklacy did was great. i did not feel a thing. he scheduled 2 hours and i was out of the office in just under that timeframe.

About Front Desk: brenda has worked for dr berklacy for as long as i have been coming. she is extremely knowledgeable about insurance and copayments.

great dentist! honest and caring he is a really excellent dentist and makes you feel calm when he is treating you.

I will never return to Dr. Berklacy. I had a 7:30AM appt. (to avoid scheduling at the busiest time) I was told I was the first Appt.., but the morning I arrived, there were already 2 people in front of me. The staff took me back promptly, numbed my mouth, and then I sat! Dr. Berklacy worked on 3 people in the chair next to me, before he even acknowledged me. Then I heard him working on another patient across the hall from me. By the time he got to me, they had to re-numb my mouth. When he began to work on me, I told him that it hurt becuase the numbing agent hadn't begin to work yet, and he got angry. Then after the procedure (deep scalling) I returned to work and was horrified to find that I had blood on my face and my lips from the procedure. Who lets a patient walk out of the office with blood on them? He obviously dosen't need my business - he has plenty of patients. But I won't go back.
