I will never return to Dr. Berklacy. I had a 7:30AM appt. (to avoid scheduling at the busiest time) I was told I was the first Appt.., but the morning I arrived, there were already 2 people in front of me. The staff took me back promptly, numbed my mouth, and then I sat! Dr. Berklacy worked on 3 people in the chair next to me, before he even acknowledged me. Then I heard him working on another patient across the hall from me. By the time he got to me, they had to re-numb my mouth.
When he began to work on me, I told him that it hurt becuase the numbing agent hadn't begin to work yet, and he got angry. Then after the procedure (deep scalling) I returned to work and was horrified to find that I had blood on my face and my lips from the procedure. Who lets a patient walk out of the office with blood on them? He obviously dosen't need my business - he has plenty of patients. But I won't go back.
