Great dentist, cool setup. everyone there was very friendly. They dont keep you wanting for long.

It has pano, which is not normally in dental clinic.
And the docotor explained everything from the X-ray pictures to me in details. Both the doctor and the nurse are nice.

It is convenient to make an appointment here. The dentists seem to be professional and nice. Insurance help was not good on the first visit, but it went smoothly in later visits. However, the dentist didn't seem to be very helpful solving my toothache, even making it worse.

My teeth are very good so I have cleanings less than once per year. I had been with Dr. Bob Rader in the same office with Dr. Castor until Dr. Rader retired. It is the same receptionist and office and technician for teeth cleaning and x-rays. I do not have any dental insurance or dental plan, so prices seemed expensive but are probably just standard. About $100 for exam and cleaning. Another $50 or so for x-rays too. I successfully refused x-rays sometimes. The teeth cleaning did not seem very stressful. I noticed that no comment was made to me about the visible pit growing slowly larger year by year on a back molar. I suppose that means there was nothing to do about it. The tooth developed a crack. The edge of the tooth at the pit finally chipped off. I am going to look for a new dentist closer to my home and may not go back to Dr. Castor.

What a wonderful experience. Dr Castor and his staff made going to the dental office fun. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to walking out of Dr Castor's office was enjoyable. I am truely impressed. Everyone there is so nice and helpful.

He is a good dentist with reasonable rates. Also, he makes himself available when you really have a problem and making an appointment is not hard to do. His staff also provide excellent customer service.
