Dr Duncan replaced a crown that a previous dentist had done that had cracked and did a new crown on another of my molars. Had fit issues on both required several trips to try to get right, still had pain the one of the teeth. My next dentist got it right the first trip!

Dr. Duncan's office staff has been very friendly and nice, especially their secretary. I usually go for dental cleanings and have had a good experience. I recommend Dr. Duncan ;-)

I had a cracked tooth and visited Dr. Duncan on October 31, 2005. I had a subsequent visit on November 7, 2005 during which temporary crowns were placed on my two back lower molars. One of these fell off during the Christmas holidays and there was no response by Dr. Duncan to calls made to the emergency number he left. I was able to glue the temporary crown back in place using glue from Walgreens. Dr. Duncan later replaced one of the temporary crowns, but the other broke while he was attempting to put it in place. He put the temporary crown back while we waited for the lab to recreate the permanent crown. This temporary later fractured and Dr. Duncan was able to make the remaining part of the temporary work. This all happened in the January/February time frame. I had not heard from Dr. Duncan for some time, so I called his office on March 14 to inquire about the permanent crown. I received no response and on March 16, 2006 the temporary fell off again. I have called his office twice this morning and have not heard back. I looked on the Board of Dental Examiners web site and discovered that Dr. Duncan status showed him Expired as of May 1, 2005.

My experience with Dr. Duncan has been excellent. He and his staff are very knowlegable and honest. Honesty from health care providers is very, very important to me. I had seen another dentist who had unnecessarily filled teeth and hinted that I had the precursors to gum disease. These procedures were designed to generate revenue. It was a noticable pattern, for me and my friends who went there. This has absolutely not been my experience with Dr. Duncan, who has confirmed my gums are in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend Dr. Duncan.
