Being born and raised in the Dripping Springs area and currently in the dental field myself... DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! He has absolutely horrible quality of work. HIs crowns continuously come off and offers no educated response. His work has had to be redone by a more qualified Dentist. You'll thank me later for not investing any of your money in Dr. White's work.

Doctor is personsable, but finance collecting person is wicked witch of OZ, schedule was for crowns but wife was in hospital and I had minor health issue after apt set. When checking out during next apt, I was run through the gauntlet because I couldn't or would't pay in full. Actually t lady that I would pay remainder in 30 days, but not good enough for her...she wanted post dated check. I just don't do that...their office is based on trust ! Well I explained that she had handled this poorly...she informed me all future services would be cash in advance....I again pointed out that she had handled this issue poorly. No empathy...no compassion....just give me the money, which I did about 3 weeks later. I now entrust my dental care to another dentist

Excellent hygienists, very comfortable environment, great personal treatment. My wife is nervous about dental procedures, and they make her feel comfortable. I had trouble with one filling they put in, but they were very good at working with me to fix the problem at no extra cost.

I started out with Dr White and found his services very satisfactory but started checking out other dentists to find lower rates. What I found was that the other dentists were either recommending what I believe were unnecessary procedures or were reclassifying procedures upwards to obtain higher dental plan reimbursements. Our family treatment by Dr White has been excellent. He explains what is going on and deals very well with children. I wish he would join a major dental network to keep the cost down, but that is his call. In this case, you get great service without in-network discounts. That is a reasonable tradeoff, since I know he gives straightforward diagnoses and does excellent work.
