My son was 4, by no means is he an anxious kid, he just didn't care for the cleaning process. He had a cavity, Dr. Steele recommended sedation plus nitrous oxide. I said ok, when I took him in they would NOT let me stay in the room, I was asked to go wait in the lobby and have some coffee. I didn't like that they sedated him as well as give him nitrous oxide. The procedure was fine, my son did great. 6 months later my son had another cavity. Again Dr. Steele recommended sedation, this time I said no. I had several people from the office give me a call basically stating that they would NOT do the procedure because I didn't want him sedated. I told them I would feel more comfortable if they explained the procedure to him instead of sedating. They kept saying he was squirmy and those were the Dr. Steele's recommnedations. Never once did Dr. Steele herself call. I felt extremely uncomfortable at this point and cancelled. We used to drive all the way from Plano!
I ended up taking my son to a dentist in Plano! I told them No SEDATION!!! They were great, explained everything to him. I was able to stay in the room where they only gave nitrous oxide! Nitrous knocked him out anyway.
To say the least, I felt so scammed by Dr. Steele! :(
About Front Desk: Debbie is extremely nice, but if you speak with someone other than Debbie your appointment may not be entered correctly. Since Debbie does everything, you may have to leave a message with someone to have Debbie call you back and sometimes she never received the message so I would have to call back in. It was a hassle at times.

This is a great pediatric office for all ages. Dr Linda Steele is a very informed dentist with a GREAT bedside patient and parent manner. She and her assistants make going to the dentist almost FUN for my children. I have been taking my 3 kids there for 11 years. Highly recommend this office.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Linda Steele's office. My children like her, and actually enjoy going to the dentist. It is not something they fear and dread. Our first dental experience after moving to Coppell was with another pediatric dentist. The customer service was poor at best, and I did not really feel as if they listened to anything I said, or even knew who we were. However, at Dr. Steele's office, the staff are courteous and friendly, which I appreciate very much. Dr. Steele takes the time to talk and explain everything about the appointment, and what needs to be done next. My children have had x-rays, cleanings, fillings and sealants. They have not complained about anything up to this point. I am very pleased that I found Dr. Steele, and am very happy with the services we receive. Thank you, Dr. Steele, your office is a breath of fresh air.

My four kid's go to Dr. Linda for their dental needs. My 7 year old thinks she is at a spa with Dr. Linda. My other kid's do not ever fuss about going either. She is very sweet, attentive to the children and talks to them as well as to the parent about their dental care.
About Hygienist: All the staff is professional and very well trained. My kid's enjoy all her staff as well as Dr. Linda. They are very patient even when your child changes flavors of toothpaste 5 times.

Dr. Linda was wonderful with my son and Elva, her assistant, is an absolute gem. Her staff is very helpful and everyone was kind and gentle to my 5 year old. She has fun games for the kids to play while waiting (which wasn't long). I definately recommend her for your kids. LOVE THEM!!!

Dr. Linda Steele is the perfect pediatric dentist. She has a gentle spirit which totally relaxes even the most frightened child. She is so tender and soothing that the children are very trusting in her ability and procedures.
My daughters have had some very invasive teatments without problem. So I trust in her methods.
The whole staff is very welcoming in a family like atmosphere. The office is split into the childrens side with original murals and kid-comfortable accomodations and the other into a relaxing adult atmosphere for her husband Darrell's dental practice.
She has children of her own so she truly is intune to the needs of her patients as well.
I also do not feel that I was taken advantage of on fees. They seemed reasonable for the procedures.
