The staff is so friendly and makes me feel at home. Doc Holiday is so gentle when she does any work on me that I leave that place with a smile.

I recently had a root canal procedure at Dr Holliday's office, and I can say unequivocally, that she is a highly gifted dentist. My choice of word here is intentional, because while other dentists might have similar qualifications, it takes a certain type of healthcare giver to diagnose a problem, provide the exact treatment, maintain a positive attitude while performing an extremely delicate procedure, have the presence of mind to supervise her staff, and at the end, seem almost embarrassed to receive a compliment for job well done. This is typical of highly competent and naturally gifted healthcare caregivers. They know how to put everyone at ease, even as they provide delicate services. I highly recommend Dr Holliday to anyone who has a question or concern regarding dental care. I assure you that it would be one of the most memorable experiences of your life.

my first root canals were on my front teeth back when i was only eight years old. since ten i had always had to take a lot of valium nd pain meds for fillings and extractions and crowns and root canals. all the dental work i had done had to be redone by dr. holliday. she had to pull a couple of teeth and changed out 6 silver for non toxics and some 6-9 root canals and crowns and an implant. so for a while i wore a front tooth flipper that i broke often as am tuff as a boot though she only charged me once for it, meaning she remade it not a lab. am single, female and sort of always pinching pennies. i love Doc Holliday!

About Front Desk: Rosa and Jessica and all are superb. This ap will not accept my extreemly cheap price rating saying with spa is never cheap. i am rating not them! and i you knew what its meant getting great work done right with no redos over extra billing, like every ogher bozo i saw before her- i mean for all i got absolutely lowest cost!

About Hygienist: Anyone remember Gena Phillips? Gena, Julie, Emilyall married now these are maiden sisters. Dr. Phillips daughters and best hygienist in America. This is the only review i ever wrote and no one at that office knows about it or ever even mentioned [doing*] it

Unethical and misleading practice. Watch for getting ripped off

Misleading and Defraud customers. Office staff claimed office accept insurance and they are a provider, only to find out that they don't and I was out of pocket hundreds of dollars. Additionally when I called regarding the fraud and misleading information, she denied it and hung up phone. I called again and the same thing, hung up. it's one thing to have bad service, but another to lie and defraud people then lie. How low can people get for the money? This low!

I had a great initial experience...I do not like dentist visits and Doc Holliday made me feel real relaxed. The problem was will her support staff and the fact that I was overbilled all the time. I tried to use Care Credit and her support staff misled me. I was willing to pay for work in advance since I was told it was without finance charges. Her staff put me in the wrong program and I ended up being billed interest for work that had not yet been completed. When I approached her about the issues she was very unresponsive and made me feel it was my fault. When Care Credit told me the Denist office had to correct the problem I ended up in the middle. Given all the issues I stopped going to her and it took over a year to get my credit straightened out. The funny part was that Doc Holliday was willing to take the money in advance, but she would only pay me back $500 a month and she owed me around $3000.00. Futhermore, before all this happened I refered a co-worker and she had issues with billing as well. She no longer uses Doc Holliday either.

About Hygienist: My initial hygienist was awesome, but she moved away. I did not get a chance to have my teeth cleaned by anyone else before I stopped using her services.

We have had several bad experiences getting my child's front tooth that was broken off fixed. Dr. Holiday was very professional. Her staff is very helpful. She did excellent work to PROPERLY fix his tooth. I would recommend her to anyone.
