Misleading and Defraud customers.
Office staff claimed office accept insurance and they are a provider, only to find out that they don't and I was out of pocket hundreds of dollars.
Additionally when I called regarding the fraud and misleading information, she denied it and hung up phone. I called again and the same thing, hung up.
it's one thing to have bad service, but another to lie and defraud people then lie. How low can people get for the money? This low!
