Poor chair side manners. She is not empathetic to patient. Does not offer an emergency contact number for her established patients, like most dentists do. So if you are a patient of Dr. Keepers and you are having a dental emergency on a weekend, do not expect to get her assistance. Would not recommend.

awesome dentist - friendly gentle kind and works with you on payment
About Front Desk: really helpful and kind - helped with question on insurance and worked with us to get issue cleared up even tho it was insurance company fault.
About Hygienist: really lovely assistants and hygienists as they long standing employees and the dentist even takes them out of state for training and retreats, it is a well oiled machine!

Dr Keepers is a very highly qualified dentist who never does work unless it is truly needed. I believe her prices are the same whether you have insurance or not, which is unusual in Bexar County. She is very gentile in deadening your jaw and uses enough anesthetic so that you are not uncomfortable during the procedure. I have had two crowns and two fillings done by her to repair work I had done years ago. I did not need adjustment work after she completed the crowns on either crown. I cannot say this for other dentists I have used in the past. She is most likely as skilled a dentist as you can find and does her best to be reasonable with her fees. I very highly recommend her.
About Hygienist: Carole is a great lady who uses sound in addition to cleaning tools to get your teeth the absolute cleanest possible. I always ask for her.
