Front Office never knows about client file, doesn't call back with info requested, takes up to half a year to get predetermined charges from insurance. I had 2 crowns put in and one fell out after only half a year. I decided to finally change dentists - way too late...

Dr. Anderson is very personable, but despite coming regularly for several years, several fillings (~20 years old) that needed to be replaced were missed. One led to a crown that possible may have been avoided. My husband fared worse, once of his fillings hurt after being done and cracked. The cracked filling and tooth also ended up needing a crown. Personally, I think he needs glasses.
