I love this place. I would recommend Dr. Farahbod to anyone looking for a great dentist. I've gotten several things done over the years and I'm satisfied with all. The office manager is great as well. She is always helpful when I call with any questions or schedule changes.

Thorough. I question some of her opinions about what needs to occur for treatment.

About Front Desk: Very poor practice. The front staff are rude and uncooperative. Seems to be some strange business going on with Insurance and money. They have a $15 "Admin Fee" payable in cash only. I know they take debit/credit cards because I have used it to pay a balance of only $4.00 before. They also do not call you back about details when you request it. I have asked multiple times to call me regarding a treatment I am seeking to verify that one of the dentists could do it. They never have.

I went to visit Dr. Farahbod for a regular check up and cleaning. The visit went very well. The front desk lady was very friendly and I didn't have to wait long before I was seen by the dentist herself. I ended up having to go back to have a filling done, Dr. Farahbod made me feel very comfortable and the procedure didn't take too long either. Great dentist, highly recommend

I had a great experience with Dr. Farahbod and her staff. Her assistant is always very pleasant and I feel very comfortable there because they always remember me and treat me like family. I have been seeing Dr. Farahbod for many years...she is my dentist for LIFE! Her office is very state of the art and I love it there!

Dr. Farahbod is a joy and does EXTREMELY good work but her front desk lady who handles charges is more than I can manage and after 4 years of going there and as much as I enjoy visiting Dr. Farahbod (she is so funny), I've asked a consensus from the office who do they use and have now changed dentise because of her office staff person, Meredith. NO, customer care, what-so-ever, NO compassion what-so-ever and when she gets to talking money and costs, not nice at all and if you question it, she has humilated me about my treatment needs. I'll really miss Dr. Farahbod..... :-( but, no more. I want to go somewhere where there is great customer care from front desk. I'm a very nice person and will go way out of my way to help people - it just feels good to help...I'm not use to this neglect.

Their single point agenda is extracting as much money as possible from patients. They don't care for patients. They scare the patinets saying they need to perform a....z treatments otherwise you are going to loose your teeth, eventhough there is no problem. If you go for cleaning, they do some cosmetic things like adding some floride and fluids unneccesarily to extract money, This is the worst dentist i have ever visited.

They show the estimate of the cost after you sit in the dentist patient chair. The cost of treatment should be know to patient much prior to this.

My review is more mixed than the others. I personally love Dr. Farahbod and could not agree more that she is kind and very good at everything she does. My teeth are pearly white and she is a joy to chat with while she treats you. The facilities are comfy, but the wait is often too long. Her customer service is great - but Sadly, I cannot say the same for her staff.

About Hygienist: I have not been able to return to her office as I was charged for a no-show fee for an appointment that was actually rescheduled. $45 is a tank of gas right now. Even after I wrote letters, left voicemails and emails regarding the matter, no one has ever offered to remove the fee. The mix up was due to my pharmacy prescription. However I called early the morning of the appointment and again later as no one got back to me to reschedule the appointment. I am still told that the fee cannot be removed. Sadly, I doubt Dr. Farahbod herself even knows about the situation, I think she would remove the charge. I would love to have her continue as my dentist, but unfortunately that won't happen. Above all - watch Meredith! Be very careful about your appointments and get confirmation of all cancels and if you have to reschedule get confirmation that you won't be charged a no-show in advance. I was VERY pleased with the service I recieved from Dr. Farahbod. She was very friendly and she explains everything in depth. I will continue to be her patient from now on.
