Examination, cleaning and filling. Poor communication on what need to be done. Poor patient handling. Close to Galleria, thought very professional, but only good for visiting patients in desert sands.

About Hygienist: While in Hygienist room going through cleaning, a worker was working on ceiling in the same room. Horrible. Not hygiene at all. They were taking patients in while internal remodelling/construction work is going on. Not hygiene at all.

I started going to Miles of Smile in June of 2013. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of their work. My two front teeth had crowns that were done by another dentist. They still served their purpose but I wanted a smile that I would be happy to show in photos and in person. I now have a wonderful smile, thanks to Dr. Loma. She replaced the crowns with more natural looking ones, she did ZOOM whitening in the office with custom bleaching tray to maintain for home use, shaped my gums using a laser, filled cavities, and did a cleaning. I now smile everywhere I go and in all of my photos. She is the only dentist that I have ever gone to that cares more about her quality of work than money. I was looking for perfection and she accomplished it. Another wonderful thing is that you are seen shortly after you arrive which I greatly appreciate. The staff is EXCELLENT they provided World Class Customer Service.

She is the best. I was afraid of dentist all my life. Now for 5 years no more fear or pain and my teeth are perfect now.

The first visit was for a cleaning. All went well. The second visit I had broken my tooth and crown over the weekend. I called first thing Mon. am and they fit me in at 3pm. even though they were booked. Dr. Hamouie stayed until 7pm fitting me with a crown. She is highly adept at the new CEREC (I hope that's the right name) machine which creates the crown in around 20 min. after the Dr. does the finishing work on the computer. I was ecstatic with the service I received. Also, the Dr. has a gentle touch. I was worried I would be sore in the jaw afterwards, but I wasn't. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. I hope to have all my old crowns replaced with these new white ones. I highly recommend Dr. Hamouie.

Unlike the experience of the previous reviewer, I've been seeing Dr. Loma for over five years, I found her to be the nicest, compassionate, professional dentist I've ever visited. Her office is very accommodating and relaxing. Her entire staff, dentists and assistants, is a joy to deal with and talk to. Dr. Loma's treatment is virtually painless as if she has a MAGIC TOUCH. Her prices are very competitive and reasonable. Based on my experience, my wife and kids experience as well, I recommend Dr. Loma, without any hesitation to the entire world.
