Very arrogant. New bridge broke and he ground corner of tooth on bridge and polished and his dental associate had to repolish (free of charge) to satisfy me because she knew I would report to Texas dental board. I should have reported him to Texas dental board. Now new dentist that bought his business is telling me that I owe for polishing. What a bunch of unethical dentists. The new dentist (Moravej) bought a practice with a bad reputation.

I had basic exams and cavities filled. I thought Dr. Hansen did a decent job since he was willing to try conservative treatment (opted to fill a deep cavity rather than go right to a root canal).

Dr. Hansen has apparently retired and sold his practice, but the office staff will not tell you that when you call or check in. Dr. Hansen's name is gone from the front door and is no longer on the building directory, but if you call and ask if you have reached Dr. Hansen's office you will be told yes. When a strange dentist sits down with you to discuss your teeth, it becomes obvious Dr. Hansen is gone. No letters were sent to former patients, there is no notice posted in the office. When I complained to the receptionist that their behavior gives the impression that they are not being honest, the office manager stepped out and asked me to keep my voice down so as to not upset other patients in the waiting area. NEVER GOING BACK!

I would have to say he is one of the best dentist in Houston. This is the place where u know u put money in the right hand. Yes, it is expensive but they know what they doing, very professional and ethical. They dont just make something up to get your money like bunch of other dentists i have seen.

About Hygienist: And getting teeth clean at this place is such an enjoyment . Painless and thorough !!! u must come and check it out to verify what i just claimed here

He used to be good but I noticed that he started yelling at his staff about a year ago, then he started yelling at the patients. He smokes, stopped wearing a mask, not seen washing his hands, and is rough and causes pain (intentional?). Stay away. Something has happened to him. He charged one price for cleaning and then a lower price for my husband. He made nasty comments about women. Not recommended at all.

I have had different kinds of dental work done, and I have never before been in so much pain for a small filling. The dentist had the assistant pry open my mouth with two hands because I couldn't open as wide as he would like. He pinched my lip with his instruments and left the inside of my cheeks raw and cut in several places. The next day, I was still sore was lacerations inside my mouth. There is no reason I should be in pain from a simple filling. As far as hygiene, the dentist did not wear a mask either time he worked on me.

Best dentist I have ever been. I felt very comfortable and more importantly I trust him. Definitely very experienced and knows what he is doing.

Worst chair-side manners ever, does not like women - wants them "to shut up". I had dental cleanings for years & very little exposure to this. When I replaced 2 front caps, I endured loud constant remarks about how bad women are, and when a tear fell from the pain, the bully yelled for over 20 minutes about what a cry-baby I was and maybe he should start crying. If you don't look him in the eye, he will scream for you to do it. It was a nightmare. He pulls and pokes and jabs at my mouth like I am not real. STAY away! The caps have to be replaced because there are 2 lines down the front that look like pins.

About Hygienist: Hygienists act like he is a bully and do not dare say anything. He, of course has a turnover. He yells at them in front of everyone, so I should have seen this coming.

He made me a lower partial 4/09, it needed repairs twice last year and now it is broke. I retired and moved out of state. Now insurance want pay for another one. I think he is getting to old to practice.

About Hygienist: They change all the time.
