This dentist is awesome!! He takes the time to talk to you about the procedure he is about to do and tells you exactly what to expect and how much money will cost you. I am impress with him and his staff. They are all very professional and friendly.
About Front Desk: There is this new person that works at the front desk (Did not get her name. She is a Caucasian lady) that will make you feel very welcome as soon as you enter the doctors office. I love this place.
About Hygienist: Ashley is super nice and extremely good at what she does.

Dr. Heap and his staff are exceptional! Every time I go for an appointment, they take care of all my needs. Highly recommend him!

Can't say enough good things about Dr Heap and his staff. From the front office to the exam rooms, everyone makes every effort to make their patients' feel welcome and at ease. After my initial appointment , I was given a complete assessment of work to be performed. The good Dr. gave me more options than I had received from 2 other Dentists. Once the procedure had begun, Dr Heap realized he could perform, with some creative innovation, part of the proposed treatment plan and thus save me $800. I can say that not only is he a seasoned dental implant expert, he also works to keep costs down for the patient. Un-heard of in the Dental Profession. Trust this Man with you and your families dental health. Thx Doc

Facilities are nice. Doesn't seem to care about patient. Would not recommend as he did not properly explain procedures.
About Hygienist: Nice. did a great job on cleaning.

I 've used Dr. Heap for a long time..at least 15 years.. He is a super dentist..and a great Christian gentleman. He is not cheap...but I don't know any dentist that is cheap.. and certainly not cheap and good.. Dr. Heap has done my fillings, implants, and partials. I'm 68 years old.. Have always had dental problems..and I can tell you there is no finer dentist that I have met. I wish he used insurance but he doesn't. and that's his choice.. I still use him regardless ..that's my choice. His son, Chris, runs the office and is good as gold..very professional yet polite and thorough.
Dr. heap listens and explains all optgions and considers your input..especially financially.
Give him a try...you will not be disappointed !!!
