I stumbled across this website and realized that she just acquired a practice from Dr. Waldrop and ran across a review that was done by a previous Dr. Waldrop patient. I felt that I needed to defend the review that was written because it was injustly done.. Frist of all Dr. Hernandez does not clean your teeth only Tara does the teeth cleaning. And she is great and has a very gentle hand. She is also extremely sweet. Dr. Hernandez has been my dentist for 17 years. My husband will only go to Dr. Hernandez. She has a very gentle hand along with a very personable personality and a great staff. They are very helpful and full of information. I have never felt that I was being taken advantage of or being mistreated by Dr. Hernandez or her staff.. She is a very professional dentist and I would highly recommend her to my family and all of my firends. This is a very well organized office, very professional and extremely courtesy. I also enjoy going to her office because there is always some wonderful treat waiting for you. You either get home baked cookies, coffee, different types of soft drinks and when you are done with your office visit they give you a beautiful pillow box with a new brush, floss & toothpaste.

I went to this dentist after she took over Dr Waldrop office. She is quite nice and she will do the dental cleaning for you instead of a hygienist, however she can be quite rough when doing your dental cleaning, which is a little hurtful. Her facility is ok, however the staff service is not that great. What bugs me is that she is really expensive! On my second dental cleaning visit she is charging an additional "OSHA" fees, on top of my free dental cleaning. And the clinic used up all the insurance fund for dental cleaning and I had to pay additional to cover some of the dental cleaning services, which according to my insurance plan, should have one free cleaning every 6 months! And the clinic had the nerve to bill me 9 months AFTER the service! Though she is not too bad for a dentist, I find that her fees are too high.

Easy going, very pleasant, honest, free flavored coffee, it was the most relaxing experience I've ever had at the dental office. Highly recommend.
