His front desk staff is a total nightmare who tries to schedule as few of people as possible due to Dr. Hines always being overbooked. They are rude on the phone regardless of dental emergency and tell you "find another dentist if you cant wait 2 months" Dr. Hines is nice but works his patients as an assembly line. For example all 6 patients will first have an X-Ray day then hell start prepping all 6 then do parts of your procedure at a time to where everyone will finish at around the same time. He does not just work on 1 patient start to finish like most dentists,

About Front Desk: Is it possible to give 0 stars. They are pretty much trolls who do not let ANYONE pass. They are so rude that I switched dentists so that I dont have to deal with the excessively loud and rude indian woman at the front desk. Shell flat out say "I DONT CARE IF DR HINES SAID HED GET YOU ON THE SCHEDULE TODAY. HE DOESNT LOOK AT HIS SCHEDULE UNTIL THE DAY OF. HE DOESNT LISTEN TO US OR KNOW THAT HES BOOKED FOR 2 MONTHS AND WE CANT OVERBOOK SO NO APPOINTMENT FOR 2-3 MONTHS. They even will hang up if you ask to speak to someone else.

I have been to many dentists but dr Hines is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I now know why my previous dentists recommended work and I can now decide to do what is best for me because I understand more about gum disease. the assistant Eva was very friendly although she took her time during the cleaning. Over all a very good experience.

About Front Desk: the office manager Nader was very nice and helpful.

I came in for a second opinion and I had low we petitions from the dentist I saw previously. Dr Hines explained everything I needed so that I understood why the other dentist was telling me I needed so much work . It feels good to completely trust a dentist and know what you really need.

Dr. Was very rude and insulting. Did nothing to make my son feel good about getting an upper denture due to extreme illness and denture isn't even right!! Will never go again.

I hadnt been to the dentist in 4 years, but when i took my kids to Dr Hines he spoke and convinced me to come back for a deep cleaning. I have always been scared of dentists...and the pain. i did go back and i am so happy i did as Dr Hines was so gentle and patient with my fillings and deep cleaning. I highly recommend any one looking for a dentist to try out Dr Hines and he is so good to kids that all my 3 kids only want to see him at Unique Dental and no one else. thank you Dr Hines for doing a good job on me.

great place to go! this dentist explained everything very clearly and they were very friendly.

Our family has been going to this dentist for the last 3 years. Pros: Explains procedures thoroughly and in great detail (almost to a fault!). Very pleasant demeanor and very relaxing. Cons: Not always able to catch very early cavities or conditions causing minor pain or discomfort until 6 months to 2 years after onset of symptoms when the problem becomes more expensive to treat. Office staff is not always customer-focused. They cancelled our last appointment and didn't tell us.
