I highly recommend Dr. Frank Incrapera...I have been a patient of Dr. Frank Incrapera's for several years now. Dr. Incrapera & his team is very professional, honest, personable & sincere. Even in my crown procedure I could tell that he made it a priority of his that I was comfortable. During the process (even though I was numb) he still let me know what he was about to do & as he was doing it. So I knew what to expect I may feel (or not feel rather) every step of the way; I didn't feel much at all. No pain what so ever. They even provide a cozy blanket & head phones/ipod for you!

I have had several fillings at Dr. Incrapera's office. I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. They offered me earphones to listen to music and also a blanket to keep me warm. After the fillings i felt relaxed and had no pain. But my favorite part is when they gave me a chocolate milkshake afterwords.

Besides routine cleaning and examinations, Dr. Frank has done a couple of crowns and some periodontal work to stabilize a loose tooth. Another dentist would have splinted the tooth to stabilize it, but Dr. Frank solved the problem and saved the tooth. He is precise, meticulous, and only accepts the highest quality. Along with being experienced in traditional techniques, Dr. Frank stays up with the latest new tools and procedures. You will find no more of a caring, compassionate, congenial dentist than Dr. Frank Incrapera.
About Front Desk: Allison is a wonderful, personable, detail oriented front desk administrator as well as a chairside assistant when needed. She can do it all.
About Hygienist: Kim cleans my teeth every six months. She gets it all and I know I've gotten my money's worth each time.

DR. Incrapera and his staff are very curtious and helpful at all times. They do a very good job and have always portrayed extreme professionalism.
About Hygienist: My children and I have no complaints about our dental cleanings.

Do NOT let him do bonding on your teeth. He was my dentist my whole life until he did an incredibly poor and splotchy job on the bonding of two of my teeth. I paid a good amount of money for it, and when I went back to get touch ups, he was incredibly rude and tried to blame his lack of skills on the shape of my teeth...among several other excuses as to why he couldn't do a great job. I will never go back again or give him a penny out of my pocket, and yet, I'm still UNSATISFIED with his work.

No doubt the best Dentist in town. Has seen myself and my Mom and Dad since we moved to Houston. After my parents moved to Austin, they still commute back into Houston just to see him.

I have been seeing Dr. Incrapera for about 20 years. He has also seen my mother and my mother-in-law. My experience in his office has always been 100% positive (if that can be said of going to a dentist). On time. Warm and caring. Highly skilled. Great staff. I can't think of one single negative thing.
