Regarding Dr. Gloria Iwuala, I haven't found this dentist to be very organized. She doesn't return my calls. Her office doesn't use email, so you have to go back and fourth on the phone and that is nerve racking.
About Front Desk: They didn't follow though with their promises.

Dr. Iwuala is very good at what she does and has a very capable team of asisstants. You are in and out in less than 20 minutes if it is a simple procedure. And she is very friendly and knows how to do her job very well. I would recommend her to anyone i know. Relatively painless and also a nice dentist for kids, very calming.

Dr. Iwuala was good but is always very busy. Not too personal but accomplished what I was there for.

Not too much pain. Dr. was very busy and seemed to work on several patients at once though, which was a bit bothersome. Not too talkative. Thorough and professional.
