I was unimpressed with Dr. Edgar James, mostly due to his cursory examination and minimal communication. He seemed to prefer that all our interaction be conducted via the dental assistant. He was rushed and spent perhaps 60 seconds speaking in my presence (never directly to me), even though I was trying to determine whether Invisalign or traditional orthodonitia would be better for my situation. In addition, after a routine cleaning and filling, I ended up paying unexpected out-of-pocket costs - I didn't know these were coming until the bill arrived in the mail. Not recommended.
