He has done my crowns and fixed an old chipped tooth. I call him Dr. Painless. I am a redhead and need more anesthesia - always concerned that I am not in discomfort. The cost is about on par as others in the area. His staff is nice and also caring.

About Front Desk: He lost his front desk staff due to retirement but between the 2 hygienist/assistant they take care of it and haven't found anything to be a problem. They are helpful with the insurance and I always get a reminder call the day before.

About Hygienist: Love love love OJ - she does a great job cleaning my teeth. She is thorough and gentle and has been with Dr. J a very long time.

Hygiene time: 20

A minimalist - does not recommend or do procedures that are unnecessary. Promises that he will do it pain free or send you to someone that can. He has done crowns, root canals, etc all painlessly. Have recommended him to friends and family and all agree. A top-notch dentist.

Dentistry as it was meant to be practiced. Highly skilled and highly experienced. More concerned with patient satisfaction and dental function. High standards as evidenced by exact color/texture matching on visible veneers and crowns. Some of my crown work has been in place for more than 20 years without a hint of problems. Never a problem on any of my five crowns, or any other dental service. In the 80's, when an other dentist told me I needed five crowns all at once, Dr. Joseph explained that, over the coming years, crown work was indicated, but that it was not necessary at the time. In the interveneing years, the crown work has been completed, most recently last year. Those of us dependent on Dr. Josepth can only hope that he remains in practice... forever. In short, a dental practice more concerned with patient treatment and service than with monthly revenues.

I have been a patient of Dr. Joseph's since I was 16 years old. My eight year old son now sees him. He is caring, fun and easy going. I would highly recommend him!
