Tried to make an appointment and woman doing it was rude, talking to people in background, and acting like she was doing me a favor to schedule an appointment.
About Front Desk: Rude snotty woman. I changed my DMO dentist and cancelled the appointment. If this is how they treat potential clients, I don't need to be one of them.

Dr. Naftis does his own teeth cleaning..I guess he can't afford to hire a dental hygienist. He is sloppy, rough and the duration of the cleaning was under 5 minutes. He didn't floss my teeth, examine them one by one for problem areas...nothing! Worst dentist experience EVER...he should change his name to Dr. Negligent!

He is friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. Dr. Naftis typically takes patients very shortly after the appointment time with very little wait. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Naftis does the cleaning himself, very quickly. We're often amazed at how quickly we can be in and out, rather than other dentists for whom we've had to wait up to 60 minutes in a waiting room.

Very fast and efficient. Very general cleaning in and out in 20-30 min. Takes my insurance.

He had a nice demeanor, staff was friendly. Did not need any work done, only cleaning and exam, but would go back if my new insurance was accepted. Very convenient to my house.

Dr. Naftis and especially his staff have shown sincere concern for my well-being. I and my wife have been there once apiece and were admitted after a very short wait.
They seem to have reasonable prices although I do not go to the dentist often.
For regular everyday care I would recommend him to anyone.
