Dr. Newell and his staff are outstanding. I went to him after going to two different HMO dentists who couldn't get my bite adjusted properly after getting a crown. He patiently adjusted it, requiring an extra free visit until it was perfect. Since then, he's come in on his day off to help me with a dry socket after getting my wisdom tooth out.
About Hygienist: His hygenist, Jean is terrific, being the only one I've ever been to who doesn't 'nick' my mouth during the cleaning. She's very thorough and gentle.

When I first came to Dr. Newell I was expecting to have to have several partial crowns done because that was what my dentist in Corpus told me right before I moved. He simply said he could do that if I wanted to spend all that money but I didn't need it done. He explained that cracks in my teeth are normal and we shoudl wait and see if I have pain and NEED to have the crowns done. It's been over 8 years and I'm fine. I trust him completely.

Dr. Newell is terrific. Small, one Dr. office so he and his staff know you and your specific needs.

Great dentist! Very thorough examinations, kind staff. Hygenists are gentle during cleanings.

I have used Dr. Newell for my teeth cleanings. His hygienists are all very nice and gentle, and just generally pleasant to be around. The office is very low-key, which I like. They do not try to push additional services on their customers. The receptionist is also very sweet, and they are good about providing reminders for you. I highly recommend Dr. Newell and his staff!
