Dr. Nickles is great!!! He isn't expensive (he offers a discount annual plan if you want it--it saves big money) and he is very competent. I found him about 15 years ago and have used him ever since. My favorite thing about him is that he is very matter of fact and he doesn't scare you into thinking that all your teeth will soon fall out if you don't do $5,000 in immediate dental work--he recommends good dental care and takes good care of your teeth. I had him do a molar crown about 12 years ago and its still in place with no problems.
He is not overly talkative but very friendly and he puts you at ease as he goes about his business.
BTW: He has moved out to Cinco Ranch but his phone is the same as shown here. His new office is beautiful.

Dr. Nickles is extremely focused on his patients, mindful of the high cost of dental care, so will work closely with you to set up payment plans. He has also been successful in all of his treatments I've required. I feel very confident that he has only suggested treatments that I absolutely need. Novacaine shots have been almost pain-free, very good with the needle.
