Very disappointed in this dentist. I was told that I had cavities, needed my wisdom tooth pulled, needed two caps and a night guard. I went for a second opinion because the office staff was calling me all the time even at 7 PM at night to see when I wanted to schedule all this treatment, and every time I went for a cleaning I was asked when I wanted to get this on the calendar. I did get a second opinion and I have no cavities, I don't need any of the treatment that they said I needed. Needless to say I switched dentist.

Dental work is good, but for every cleaning, the dentist came by and said everything looked good. I did not have any complaints and did not asked to see the dentist. They are able to bill for the dental services when the dentist looks into you mouth for 10 seconds and says everything looks great. Many of the procedures are not covered by insurance, so great place to go if you have the cash to spend on dental work. The dental work is good, but expensive.

Orthodontic work, wisdom teeth pulled, and cleanings completed over the last 2 years. Dr Wehrle and his Hygienist are great. Can not say much regarding the office staff.

About Front Desk: Indicated Insurance was accepted, only to learn that they are not a provider on my Insurance's list. Check with your insurance company prior to receiving care. Pay up front, when insurance over pays leaving a credit on your account you have to request multiple times to receive the credit. EOB payment to the office in January and its May and still have not received my refund. Office Manager has not ever called me nor come down stairs to give any explanation to me when I have inquired about not getting my refund. As soon as my orthodontic work is complete I will not be returning to this office. I will find a new dentist for my families dental care. I find this behavior unprofessional. Dental care is awesome but at a high price without any response from office staff or office manager.

Absolutely awesome and caring staff, they are very thorough in explaining procedures and answering any questions you may have. Dr. Wehrle was awesome as well got me through my root canal that I was very nervous about without pain and did a great job!

About Hygienist: "The detail and attention of the staff put into my dental work gives me complete confidence in them. They makes sure my dental work is as perfect as possible and now I can't help but smile. They are true professionals.

I have been going to HEB Dental and seeing Dr Wehrle for over 15 years... I always get people telling me how pretty my teeth are, I tell them I got my braces at Dr Wehrle's office. I love my smile and I thank Dr. Wehrle and his staff for it.

The staff and Dr's there made me feel so relaxed and cared for. I was afraid to go to the dentist because of past dental experience. I will go back and tell all of my friends. The front desk people were so nice and always willing to help.

We were told by HEB Dental office staff that HEB Dental participated with our dental plan. They even made copies of our insurance cards, so there's no way they misunderstood which plan we have. We had considerable dental work done, for which we paid 50% on the spot (our plan pays expenses 50/50). When we received our insurance explanation of benefits, we learned HEB Dental is *NOT* part of our plan, and the insurance will pay nothing. We are being held responsible for the entire amount. Worse yet, because HEB Dental is NOT part of our dental insurance, the fees were much higher than had we gone to a dentist in our plan. The work that was done was acceptable, but clearly the office staff at HEB Dental intentionally mislead new patients. We are now left to pay a substantial bill. Had HEB Dental staff been honest with us up front, we'd never had incurred this expense, but would have gone to a dentist within our insurance plan. If you consider HEB Dental for your family .. PATIENT BEWARE!!! A pleasant personality from the receptionist and free bottle of water does not make up for incompetence and dishonesty in the office staff. We will be looking for another dentist immediately.

Loved everything about this office! The doctors, hygienists, assistants and office staff all made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. I would recommend them to anyone. I was seated at my appointment time and was out in a timely manner. The best cleaning I have received in a long time!
