I am forced to place this review because ISABELL REFUSED to let me speak to Dr. Casas. I think Dr. Casa needs to mentor her front desk alittle more closely. If this happened to me, I wonder how many more patients she has BELITTLED! BAD FOR BUSINESS

About Front Desk: The front desk receptionist - ISABELL- was very rude! She made it Her Mission to make me feel very uncomfortable! A person like this has NO business working with the public or in fact any human beings! I believe everyone should be treated with dignity & respect no matter the race or disabilities. I proudly walked out, and found Dr. Greg Bowen & his wonderful Staff. I thank God for a True Blessing!

On my first visit, my husband and I went for our regular exams and cleanings and I was told that he was able to get his cleaning but I would have to return due to the fact that I would need a deep cleaning and the hygenist showed me the xrays and explained in detail what I would need and what to expect on my next visit and the cost, which was quite pricey if you ask me, but I ask why I could not get it done that day and she explained she had other clients and that this was unexpected and I understood, she was kind enough to go step by step as to what I would need and she explained that the deep cleaning would be a long process about 2 hrs and that my gums would need to be numbed and I would be very sore and would not be able to eat any thing solid but maybe soup that day and that my teeth had alot of buildup and she would have to go deep inside my gums and she wanted to do a good job and not a "mickey mouse job" as she put it. so when I went to my visit today 12/19/08 not only was sylvia the hygenist not there but dr casas was the one to do my cleaning and I felt so rushed and uncomfortable with her and she did not numb my gums , I dont feel she did a thorough job on my teeth and I'm not sore I don't think she did a deep clean.

About Hygienist: sylvia was not there and I wish she were cause i know she would have done the job correctly like she explained to me and my money would have been well worth spent, but instead it was not and I did have mickey mouse job done!!!!

Due to the zip code, the area is currently under renovation. But this does not characterize the atmosphere and care I received from Dr. Casas.
