Dr. Welty found a cavity in my daughter tooth and the treatment consisted in putting a temporary crown. During treatment my daughter suffered alot, was never free-pain as the anesthesia was not treated efficiently. Dr. Welty never found a crown of the tooth adjust my daughter. she tried three crowns and none works. As a result of this terrible treatment that lasted three hours my daughter suffers from a psychological trauma and we have to take it to another dentist to fix the mess caused by Dr. Welty. My daughter don't want to see another dentist, the pain and psychological trauma suffered in Dr. Welty's office was irreparable damage. Now we need to see another dentist, work on the psychological trauma and fix the crown.

Appointment for cleaning, x-rays and impression for mouth guard..located a filling needed and did it on the spot. Everything about the experience with Dr. Welty's office is excellent. Very thorough, organized and a terrific environment. Dr. Welty is calm and gentle, but thorough and knowledgeable. It has always been a great experience.

About Front Desk: Excellent. You have a separate person to handle billing and payment so that does not have to be worried about while you are being treated.

About Hygienist: The x-rays and cleaning are excellent and everyone here is very good about telling you what they are doing as they move along, I love that. Services move quickly and there is never too much small talk, but enough to make you feel comfortable. I am not sure on the amount of time as I was here for several things today.

I have never had a bad experience here. My kids are comfortable and at ease with her, as am I. I have one crown and that is the only time I've been nervous at the dentist, but it was fear of the unknown, she did an excellent job and was gentle in the process!

Quick, professional and efficient. I have had multiple procedures and I have never had one bad experience. I would recommend Dr. Welty to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Welty extracted a tooth for my child, and did some spacers/veneers that the orthodontist requested. She is very kind and gentle. My child said there was very little pain, and the fact that she was quick decreased the potential stress level. Very professional. I would definitely recommend her!

About Front Desk: Friendly. Not sure about the cost of service because the front desk is very helpful with insurance and I don't have to deal with much (which I appreciate).

About Hygienist: We see the hygienist more than the dentist, so this is important to me. Our hygienist is wonderful! She is knowledgeable about the science and very nice. She took time to show my teenager how to brush properly - in a manner no one has ever done before. Instead of saying "do this" she said "let me see how you do it" and they were able to make corrections. I wish someone had done that years ago! I think a follow-up lesson might be necessary, but I'm sure she'll take the time. She wasn't demeaning about it, just giving the facts so I think it might sink in a little. Very professional.

I just have to say how very pleased I am with your whole staff. I am 65 and have been to more dentists than I can count. Yours is the very first that I can say, in all honesty, I was 100% happy with. Everything is extremely clean and the latest in technology. I had an insurance issue where I thought I had over paid you. I was dreading dealing with the office about it. Well, when I got there it was already handled, your excellent office staff found it before I did and told me I had a credit balance. I couldn't believe it, I was thrilled. How often does that happen elsewhere? Another thing I love about your office, besides your friendly and professional staff, is not being told I need more procedures. I don’t think I've ever been to a dentist that didn't try to tell me how much more work I needed. Other than you that is. I so appreciate that, it builds trust, thanks. The dental hygienist was thorough and professional, yet nicely friendly, not once was it uncomfortable. It was all a truly painless, I’d go so far as to say enjoyable, experience. I sing your praises everywhere, I just can’t help it.

Choosing Dr. Welty for our family dentist has been a success! We have gone to Dr. Welty for the past 5 years for yearly exams, cleanings, and periodontal work. Our experience has been great ....Dr. Welty and staff are very enjoyable and comforting to be around and their business handlings through cost and insurance is well organized and as a patient you are well informed on the process. 3 words: educated, skilled, compassion
