Dr. Cerelli pulled several teeth for me in preparation for dentures. I had absolutely no pain while he was pulling the teeth (that is a first) and very little pain afterward. The dentures fit nicely and the size, shape and color of the teeth work well with my mouth/face. He and his staff are kind. I also appreciate that they were always on time for appointments. There was a problem with my insurance and his office worked very hard to come up with a plan that worked for me financially.

Dr. Cerelli cancelled on me 3 times and was a nightmare to work with.
About Front Desk: Front desk staff was extremely rude. Especially Jackie.

Unprofessional and unworthy. Will never go to him again. He was late and his hand was too heavy. He doesn't apologize and is judgmental.

He has a wonderful manner and is very professional. His ability to maintain and manage pain during and after the procedures is excellent. The facility is extremely clean and all are very customer oriented. They have an ample waiting area with cable for viewing pleasure and many up to date magazines for reading. I can say that I am a very satistisfied patient and will continue to recommend family and friends. As of this writing, I have 10 family members and 15 friends that have joined his patient list. Also, at this time a coworker is setting an appointment with his office.
