Dr Fischer and Lianne did a wonderful job working together as a team on my crown! Dr Fischer was very laid back and allowed me to feel comfortable immediately that he was confident in what he was doing! Very thorough in his work!

About Front Desk: Always greeted with a smile and a laugh!

About Hygienist: Lianne knew I was nervous about having my first crown. She was lovely and was very positive the whole time to keep me calm! Very personable! She worked great with Dr Fischer by staying positive and kept making sure I was doing alright!

Absolutely the BEST dentist around! From start to finish it's a pleasant experience! Dental Assistant Ashlee is gentle and helps make the experience great!!

About Front Desk: Penny is so friendly! Walked in wished my daughter a Happy Birthday! It's nice to walk in and feel at home!

This office is the best! I have a dentist I used for years but he was closed until Wednesday and very far from the Woodlands. I took a chance and just dropped in and to my amazement they saw me and took care of my dental emergency. Penny at the front desk was my first contact and she was amazing! I felt that at that moment I was in good hands. Desirae was so nice and helpful and Dr. Fisher did a great job on my tooth. I will be back for a cleaning and will be using this office for all my dental needs.

I saw Dr. Fischer and his assistant Ashley . They made me very comfortable and l was able to get my treatment that I needed for nine years. They were amazing, communicated through the procedure what was being done. I even had a nice warm blanket and pillow and my feet massaged. It made the trip so worthwhile. Dr Fischer and Ashley work as a great team and made my procedure painless.. that's saying something from the woman who has not been to a dentist in 9 years and paid her insurance. The friendly and understanding demeanor was so appreciated and I am scheduled to go back and looking forward to getting this and more taken care of in the very near future. Regards, Tina Sandhu

About Front Desk: Front desk was very efficient and complimentary and remembered my name from the last time. She actually remembers every body's name as they walk in and addresses them by name making them immediately feel comfortable and at home. Great staff, Dr. Lewis and Dr. Fischer.

About Hygienist: Have not seen her yet, but hear Roxanne is amazing.

Terrific from start to finish. Went for a consultation and had all work done within a three week period. Very professional and courteous staff and they keep the patient as first priority. A great experience overall!

Keep in mind I have had some HORRIBLE experiences with dentist. Before I was referred to your practice I had suffered many years with a terrifying phobia of the dentist. After a couple visits to your office (maybe 2), your staff has helped me eradicate my phobia, a phobia I thought was impossible to dispose of. Thank you for changing me into a confident dental patient!! Your staffs endless patience towards me during my visits have really been amazing. I sincerely cannot thank you enough and will most certainly be recommending you to both friends and colleagues.

They talk a good game but fail to deliver on anything. This should have been a relatively simple procedure. I chipped one tooth on a skiing trip. Because it was a front tooth, I wanted the work to be good. Since Dr. Lewis advertises to be so good, I was hoping his services would live up to the promises. Not even close. I wish I would have gone to my normal dentist. I would have saved many thousands of dollars, received better dental work, had the work done in a reasonably timely manner, and received at least mediocre service. Unfortunately for me, I paid way too much for sloppy, slow dentistry and horrible service from the admin side. Oh, and they overbilled me for a service I did not receive, and to this day I have not been refunded the overbilled amount. Not only did they grind my tooth down far too low (it was just a small chip), but it took them over 10 tries to mount the first temporary veneer. The only thing it seemed that they took care and time to complete was taking photos of the tooth and for Dr. Lewis to make a pitch for me to spend over $15,000. This is not a dentist or practice that I trust. And the fact that they are the most expensive and arrogant practice in town makes it even worse.

About Hygienist: The first appointment was just for them to try to sell me services I made clear I did not want and receive the world’s most expensive cleaning. Then, the second appointment lasted over five hours because they made error after error. And the resulting temporary was not bonded correctly even after more than ten tries! When I went back in after waiting for a month for my permanent veneer, they again had made a mistake. The tooth did not even fit! So then I had to go home and wait for another month(!) while they remade the tooth correctly. Then they made an appointment and messed up the date by moving the appointment to the specific date that would be most inconvenient. They tried to blame me, my wife, my travel, and anything under the sun -- other than taking responsibility. This is not a dentist or practice that I trust. And the fact that they are the most expensive and arrogant practice in town makes it even worse. Save yourself some time, money, and significant headaches by avoiding them.

Dr. Lewis did 12 veneers on my top, had 4 sets of veneers done by him due to his lack of paying attention. Once temporaries were set, they fell out on same day each time! Once permanent veneer that actually fit were set the front 6 are different color (more yellow) than the 3 on each side. I spent almost $28,000 for my procedure and to redo each of the yellow ones he wanted $3,000 a piece for replacement! total joke and rip off! He needs to do less talking and pay attention to his work!
