Dr. Neal was very professional and experienced. He took care of my 3 problems in a timely manner. What he promised that he would do, he did. I would highly recommend him.

I've been to many dentist and usually have a very good experience. Dr. Neal is a step above, he is exceptional. He keeps on top of new methods, makes my teeth look nice and never hurts.
I had moved away from Houston and saw a different dentist, that dentist commented on the "excellent fit and appearance" of my crowns and veneers. That excellent treatment was done by Dr. Neal

This is the third complaint I've filed with the BBB. None have been resolved. The work James Neal did on
Karen's teeth is falling apart. The bite is incorrect and he took a dozen short cuts along the way, even
performing surgery he was not qualified to do.
We have seen another dentist for an evaluation and he was appalled at the shoddy quality of the work
and the surgeries James Neal performed for which he is not qualified. He outlined a large number of
issues and correcting them will cost as much or more than 40k the incompetent James Neal collected.
Klein Dental and James Neal are terrible. Please visit the Facebook Page Klein Dental Sucks to see the
work James Neal charged 40k for which started falling apart in less two years.

Absolutely horrible. First, my appointment was canceled with no notice and no phone call. I went to the office for my appt and the office was closed. Then the receptionist tried to diagnose me over the phone and prescribe me antobiotics without the dentist evening seeing me. I finally get a rescheduled appt, get about 5 minutes of James Neal's time, and he tells me my tooth pain is because I never had braces and need to get them. What?! To make matters worse, the receptionist submitted a claim for triple the amount of my bill and I am still trying to work this out with my insurance. Terrible, terrible, terrrible.

I am now having to do work for the third time because Dr. Neal did my crowns incorrectly twice before. The last time he capped off a tooth, I had an infection. It has gotten so bad that I am in pain and the smell is terrible. The new dentist I am seeing will have to do an extraction. He said it is badly infected and it appears one of the other crowns will not last long either. I gave Dr. Neal a chance to correct this after paying him a great deal of money. He was rude and unconcerned. I will never use him or recommend him!

Dr. Neal is very knowledgable, very gentle, answered all my questions made me feel very comfortable. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my dental implant and restoration for a missing molar tooth. His fees are very reasonable and his staff make me feel like a personal friend of the family.
I like to just stop by and visit even when I don't have an appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Neal and his staff to anyone.
