Dr. Garner is a wonderful dentist. Not just incredibly knowledgeable but her staff is so friendly. Dr. Garner solved a number of my nagging issues that no dentist before was able to fix (a very sensitive tooth and a bite problem where I felt like my teeth didn't line up).

About Front Desk: Amy, the person who called me about my appointments is really great.

About Hygienist: The hygiene staff is nice and seems to know what they are doing.

Hygiene time: 30

THis lady dentist is the worst! . She acts like she is caring, but has a really cold side. I reacted to the meds they gave to numb me and my blood pressure dropped. The assistant was calling for Dr. Garner, and instead she acted as if she were deaf and left me there! Do not go to this dentist! THere are many good ones in THe Woodlands area who know what they are doing. She told me I had a problem with a tooth that had never hurt and she drilled so much of it away that it would not hold the crown she put on it. I ended up needing an implant(which I got from a dentist who knew what he was doing). Please do not go to this woman! I was a fool to stick it out as long as I did with her.

I never had a problem with my teeth until I saw her. After seeing her for a couple of years, I no longer go there. Every tooth she worked on, ended up needing a root canal. I finally learned better after she was about to perform a 4th root canal and went to an endodontist. Turns out, Dr. Garner was going to do a root canal on the wrong tooth. It took the endodontist 1 hour to figure out the tooth that was really bothering me. I will no longer let any dentist do a root canal on any of my teeth because of my experience with Dr. Garner.
