My 12 y/o grandsons dentist. TERRIFIC 'bedside' manner. Very thorough. Explains everything VERY WELL. Has had very positive outcomes so far......recommend highly. Wait may be about 20/30 over scheduled appt time.
About Hygienist: No complaints from grandson..!!!

I have only seen Dr. Berry Brown once - only for a routine exam and cleaning. She was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. The facilities are run down and unimpressive, but clean. I was unimpressed by the BET music videos on all of the televisions in each of the rooms. I'm sure they would have changed this if I had requested. The waiting room is so tiny and cramped. Both my husband and I had to wait over an hour for our appt. I called back today to schedule next cleaning and checkup. I had to hold 25 minutes just to get an appt., then the 1st available appt. was in 4 months. I asked if this was because of summer and all of the kids out of school. The lady taking appointments told me it was because they only had one hygenist. Hello?! Get another hygenist. Anyway, I think the dr. is probably great, but I don't plan on going back just because the support staff wasn't great when we were there and sure wasn't great when I called. One of my co-workers sees Dr. Brown often for extensive work (crowns, root canals, partials, etc.) and just thinks the world of her. He says he's never had a better dentist. Soo...to each his own!
